island Galz does not allow refunds, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. Please refer to our returns policy and shipping policy for entire store policy details.

Modify or cancel an order

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. If we have mailed off a package and it is returned to us (packages marked Return to sender) due to an incorrect/ undeliverable address, we will issue store credit for the net total minus the shipping fee. You will be held responsible for the initial cost of shipping the package.

Promotions Terms and Conditions

Island Galz, reserves the right to modify or cancel a promotion at anytime without notice.

Promotions/price adjustments can not be applied to previous orders placed.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

When will my order ship?

STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard shipping on domestic items is 3-5 business days from order date. This includes our 1-2 business days for processing plus 2-3 business days for delivery. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

All orders IN STOCK leave our facility in 1-2 business days (this is determined by volume) Once it has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail automatically.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping is 3-5 business days. This does include our 1-2 business days for processing. Excludes orders for Martinque, Barbados, Bermuda, New Zealand, Haiti, which incurs a 5-7 business day shipping.

There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that aren't reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs office for those charges. In addition, some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country. Island Galz is not responsible for any of these charges. The shipping charge only covers the shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for delivery arrival times/dates, as Customs can delay your package for reasons beyond our control.

If you refuse a shipment from Island Galz or a shipment is undeliverable, you are still responsible for the cost of the merchandise, the original shipping charges, any import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Island Galz. Express Shipping ( Domestic)

Express shipping for domestic orders is 1-2 business days(must be placed by noon est to ship same day)

We do our very best to ensure that all items are in stock but in the rare occurrence that an item is unavailable or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification, you will be notified within 48 business hours.
